Dr. Padman is a highly qualified orthopedic surgeon with a diverse and impressive background. He completed his medical education at the renowned Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) in Pondicherry. Additionally, he holds a Diplomate of the National Board of Examinations in Orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. Padman's pursuit of excellence led him to the United Kingdom, where he spent a decade working in various orthopedic departments at the University hospitals of Leeds and Sheffield. During this time, he achieved significant milestones in his career. He obtained the prestigious Fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (FRCS) and successfully completed the intercollegiate examination in Trauma and Orthopedics (FRCS Tr & Orth) in 2008.

His dedication to the field also extended to research, where he conducted studies on the biological reactions to conventional and newer polyethylene materials used in arthroplasty. For his research work, he was awarded a Masters in Research in 2004 from the University of Leeds.

Dr. Padman further honed his skills through a specialized fellowship at Sheffield Children's Hospital, where he was appointed as the National Fellow in Paediatric Orthopedics. This fellowship provided him with a comprehensive understanding of various disciplines within pediatric orthopedics.

With a wealth of experience totaling 20 years in the field of orthopedic surgery, Dr. Padman has made significant contributions to prestigious organizations. He has held key positions such as Consultant-Paediatric Orthopedics & Trauma Surgeon at Sheffield Children's Hospital, UK; Senior Consultant - Paediatric Orthopedic Surgeon at Max Healthcare, New Delhi; and Senior Consultant-Paediatric Orthopedics at Fortis Memorial Research Institute in Gurgaon. His rich and diverse experience is a testament to his commitment to advancing orthopedic care.
