Dr. Gopal Sharma is a Consultant in the Department of Uro oncology and Robotic Surgery. His primary focus lies in the management of urological cancers, including those affecting the prostate, kidney, and bladder. He previously served as an Associate Consultant in the Department of Urologic Oncology and Robotic Surgery at Max Super Speciality Hospitals, Saket, Delhi. Dr. Sharma received specialized training in robotic surgery through the competitive and internationally accredited "Vattikuti Fellowship in Robotic Surgery." He is certified by Intuitive Surgical Systems as a "Console" surgeon. With a dedication to Uro Oncology, he has extensive experience in treating patients with various urological cancers.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Sharma has a prolific publication record in urological and surgical research, with over 80 peer-reviewed articles, national and international research presentations, and authored textbook chapters. He has played a pivotal role as a lead or co-investigator in numerous National and International research projects and is credited with the development of two clinically valuable nomograms for urological cancers. Dr. Sharma is an active reviewer for various National and International Journals and serves as an Editorial Board Member for the Indian Journal of Urology and the World Journal of Urology.
